Account Manager/Client Servicing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager for our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will primarily manage our print ad media clients, ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and publications. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, along with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. Prior experience in client servicing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements for print ad campaigns and ensure timely ad creation and release
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and publications to meet client expectations
  • Communicate professionally with clients and maintain a high standard of service
  • Meet clients on a weekly basis to foster relationships and gather feedback
  • Grasp daily operations quickly and handle tasks with efficiency and precision
  • Provide timely updates and solutions to clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Journalism)
  • Fluency in English (read, write, speak) and Tamil (speak)
  • Some experience in client servicing is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
  • Quick learner, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks well..
