Senior Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive at our Delhi office with excellent communication skills to lead client acquisition and expand our presence in the private sector. The ideal candidate will develop systems, drive new business opportunities, and secure long-term clients across our service verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire private sector clients across AV Production, Events & Exhibitions, Print Media, Digital Marketing, and Outdoor Advertising
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Deliver impactful presentations and pitches that showcase our service capabilities and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery
- Establish systems and processes for tracking sales progress, client communication, and revenue growth
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, ensuring targets are achieved.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development with a focus on B2B services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to create systems for sales tracking and client management
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage private sector decision-makers
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
