Account Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to take full ownership of all activities related to assigned clients. Acting as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client, you will be responsible for gathering briefs, providing solutions, coordinating media plans, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple verticals. This is a pure operations role that requires strong coordination skills and a willingness to travel to oversee campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of everything related to assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication, execution, and client satisfaction
- Gather client briefs, understand requirements, and provide tailored solutions across our service offerings
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize value for both the client and the agency
- Coordinate with media buyers and media planners to get media rates and prepare media plans
- Compile all media plans and consolidate them into a professional PPT for client presentation
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and vendors, including graphic designers, copywriters, OOH vendors, media buyers, and production teams
- Take full responsibility for end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring everything is delivered on time and as per client expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges to maintain high-quality output
- Travel as needed to oversee campaign execution and client servicing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or operations within an advertising or media agency
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring smooth execution of all projects
- Prior experience in media planning, buying coordination, or campaign execution is a plus.
