Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive fresher or experienced to join our team as a Business Development Executive at our Anna Salai, Chennai office. In this role, you will be responsible for opening new doors to potential clients across all services provided by our company, including newspaper advertising, audio-visual production, printing, outdoor media, and events management. You will identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships by providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities by visiting potential clientele
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries
• Present and propose customized solutions aligned with our services, including newspaper ads, AV production, printing, outdoor media, and events
• Persuade and convert leads into clients, ensuring long-term collaborations
• Track and report on lead generation, conversion metrics, and client engagement regularly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen with an ability to persuade and close deals
• A determined and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel for meetings, exhibition and client engagement (all travel expenses covered by the company)
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing across multiple service verticals.
