Telecaller (B2B Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller who can reach out to potential clients from our corporate office at Okhla, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our event/exhibition management services
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets set by the management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Graduate
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone
  • Persuasive and confident in discussing services with potential clients
  • Basic understanding of event/exhibition management is a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
